I was recently asked what to wear to an outdoor, hot weather, Kanye West concert. Being the Kanye West fan that I am, I got really excited and a bit jealous!
For an outdoor concert, I generally like to stick to comfortable shoes and fabrics. Personally, I think that skirts and dresses are the most comfortable, so a skirt with a high-low hemline or a simple button down dress would be perfect. If you prefer shorts, high-waisted denim shorts always look cute with a bralet or a tied top, and it's very appropriate for an hip hop concert.
For some reason, I feel like gold accessories and sneakers would be perfect for a hip hop concert. Not only are these adorable sneakers comfortable, some of them have a concealed wedge if you're looking for extra height. I like to wear a simple and comfortable outfit and spice it up with some statement pieces like the sneakers or a gold collar necklace!
